Write to us. A person reads it.

Ask about a GIC you hold, an application in progress, or how EasyGIC works for your bank or your clients. We answer by email, from the same address.

We never ask for your SIN, passwords or banking details by email.

Email

support@easygic.com

One address for clients, advisors and banks. Your message reaches a person, not a queue that answers itself.

  • Say who you are and what the message is about.
  • About a GIC? Name the bank that issued it. We can find the rest.
  • Never include your social insurance number, a password, a picture of your ID or your account numbers. We will not ask for them this way.

Who to write to

One address. Tell us which of these you are.

You hold or want a GIC

Questions about an application, a maturity notice, a document or your account. If you have an advisor, your advisor is usually the quickest route, and we can reach them too.

For anything about the deposit itself, the bank that issued the GIC holds your money and your certificate. We will point you to the right place.

You issue GICs

You want to offer client-name GICs to advised clients and receive applications signed, identity-verified and screened. Tell us your institution and the provinces you are registered in.

Read how it works for issuers first.

You advise clients

You or your firm want to serve your clients' GIC needs through EasyGIC. Tell us the firm you belong to and roughly how many clients you serve.

Advisors on the platform are verified, trusted and AML-trained.

What to expect

  • We reply by email. From the address above, so you can check that a reply really came from us.
  • Rates and terms come from the bank.We do not quote or hold a rate by email. What a bank offers is shown on the platform, for your province, at the moment you choose.
  • Money never comes to us.Funding instructions come from the issuing bank through your application. Do not send a payment on the strength of an email, from us or from anyone else.
  • Something looks wrong? If a message in EasyGIC's name asks for your SIN, a password, your ID or your account details, do not reply. Forward it to us so we can act on it.
